ATR Channel hurt us big time today losing 88 pips, I think it would have been worse but I dumped one of the trades for a profit when I had too much exposure. Forex Fighter KO came out with 38 pips. Again, The Profits Club came out with another winner on GBPUSD and my first trade in EURUSD from them was a winner as well. As a whole they are 8 for 8 and 63 pips…I’m toying with the idea of increasing the lot size on these guys, but not just yet.

Quick Summary — After 20 trades I have only lost 10 pips in trading; the commission has run 20 – so all in all I’m only down $10. Granted I have managed my risk by selecting solid performers with smaller stops I’m happy to still be in the game. I didn’t come into this thinking I would turn $2500 in $10000 in a week. But I did have a tiny feeling in my gut telling me okay if we lose $500 I’m done. I’m starting to get a little more comfortable after a week. I’m not looking at the results every 5 minutes 
Maybe in a few weeks I’ll start missing daily updates and only update on weekly results. Let’s see how it goes.
A commenter from another post asked why I chose the the 3 strategies I selected. I stated — I picked mine because of the smaller stops and decent performance. I looked at the whole list and marked off NO for big intraday drawdowns and then marked NO for performance problems. I have a few possible ones I’m looking at but these where just the ones I settled on for now. I also mentioned I would love to follow some of the other strategies, but my funding will not allow me to trade some many different strategies. In fact, trading the 3 I’m trading now is sometimes, giving me issues, because I have .3 lots open in the same direction. This is why I have closed a few trades manually.

Update from another post and why I’m happy being even after the first week of trading.
1st Financial Gold has the following open positions:
USDCAD -894 -714 -737 with a .1 lot you are down 2345 pips
EURUSD -240 -138 .1 lots drops you another $338
all of the other positions for them are losing big time.
ForexGear – just as bad right now.
EURUSD -657 and -534 — how can you let a trade fall that far? Now ask why their winning percentage is 80% – because they let losers run. It is important to look at the open positions. Get that demo account and take a look. Very scary stuff on some of these guys. Share with us. Help everyone out if you have tried any of these guys.

Okay, I have seen small quick results with The Profits Club http://www.profits-club.com trades in the GBPUSD so I have decided to add the EURUSD from them as well. I’m also keeping my eye on ProTradeFx http://www.protradefx.com – they seem to have pretty small stop losses. But I have not added them yet. If I do I may add USDJPY.
